    you know what i did with the stock BB's i lost? I sold my shares, invested in new stocks, and now my returns are about the same, albeit much more consistent.

The forums are on fire right now and probably the stock situation is gonna cause a reset... BUT my 2 cents.

A big recurring issue is that people lost benefits. Perhaps a solution is to give a token benefit in the cases where Stocks benefit thresholds have increased.


Perhaps a transitionary period would have been better to introduce a big system change. Having reviewed it, I see that it's a pretty decent little system - but the change happened so fast that people feel like there's a con or in some cases have lost out in some way. Could this have been implemented in a series of smaller steps and graphical changes?

Some stocks needed to be reworked? Lookin at you EVL - it was daft that you'd just be gifted happiness whether you could use it or not. Why could that not be granted as a consumable item (a ticket to view the factory which increases your happy... yaddayadda) Did we need a total overhaul and revamp?

For what it's worth... the stocks UI look great (albeit I already hate that I can't order my stocks how I want). I think it bugs me that some stocks, I have a lower tier of benefit than I did before. Like I got busted down a grade.

Totally agree with the change happening to fast, one day I got my lottery ticket and now it may be my last one i ever get for quite a while, at least ppl are freely able to buy and sell without taxation. And on phone only seeing the logo sucks.

I tried to sell a block of stock, a week ahead of this... and it set in que for over a week. 2.8k in que line at sell start.
When the stock market closed my block was at 1.1k in the que line to sell...At the time that I placed the block for sell a week before this it was 60$ per share above what I paid.. As to receive a profit. A week later at the close and reset of the stock market my stock did not sell and was at 40$ above what I paid per stock...I lost 1/3 of my profit settin in que line to sell for over a week. and now that the Stock market is open back up I am at - $0.75 what I paid.and they are now no longer in the sell que,,,WTF? ...I feel like this could have been thought out and implemented better than what it was..I think it is unfair.
