Hi,

I just wanted to share my market allocation analysis. I used it to maximize my ROI for my available cash (7,1B) and sometimes I had to invest in less profitable stocks in order to be fully invested.

Note 1: Blocks ROI is marginal, not average (this means: the ROI will be provided by buying a new block not depending on the previous ones cost and return)
Note 2: MCS ROI is calculated as a 2/3 of a FHC price
Note 2: HRG dividend is calculated as the price you sell the property to real estate agents
Note 3: TCC vault prices might be overpriced
Note 4: TCI dividend value is calculated for a 3b investment (oil rig) + 10/10 merits + 3 month investment (max)
Note 5: Prices as they were on wednesday 21h TCT

Nice job!

Your second and third and fourth block ROI's look off though. Did you take into account that it takes twice as much for the next tier. i.e. Goes 1 block, then 2 blocks for the 2nd tier, then 4 blocks for the third tier,
Flanete [2161185]
Yes, thanks for the call :) I am using marginal cost, not average, so what you see is the return of buying a second and third block not the average return of owning 2 or 3 blocks.

This way is more intuitive for me to chose where to invest next, as if I use the average it might be influencited by the previous blocks profitability

One thing I like about this change is that...

Previously there were:
  • 6 BB with a higher ROI than the bank (70%) -- LSC, HRG, TCHS, MCS, FHG & SYM
  • 5 BB with a lower ROI than PI rental (20%) -- IOU, TSBC, TCC, PRN & EWM
  • 2 BB with lower ROI than Cayman Islands (6%) -- GRN & SLAG
While now we have:
  • 1 BB with higher ROI than bank (70%) -- MCS in the 1st and 2nd increments
  • And the rest of the BB -- except for EWM, CNC & TCT -- have a higher ROI than PI rental at least during the 1st increment (some during 1st and 2nd)
  • Any BB with a lower ROI than Caiman Islands until 3rd increment
