Torn City keeps a detailed record of each and every item available to steal, purchase or use at any one time. Currently there are 0 items in circulation, and it is this attention to detail which led to the city being dubbed "The Most Anal City In The World". Sadly this title often leads to confusion amongst the world's many travelling perverts.

Zero? Items? In circulation! Something goes wrong i think.
