Had an employee active daily join my company. After 3 days his efficiency is still 0.
We tried rejoining the company but it still wouldn't solve the issue

He isn't doing Gym or Crimes. He needs to do those for his activity to register.

There was a change as to what counts as activity for a company employee, simply logging in isn't enough. There are basically two types of inactivity, one is where the player is not logging in at all, in this case he gets a gradual debuff on a daily basis. The other is the change that was implemented few months ago, where the player logs in but doesn't play the game for the past x days, he will get a full debuff on xth day.
