The lowered stats last as long as cooldown, right? The cooldown is like 6-8 hours for Xanax, so they'll still be lower if you take a 3 hour flight and rehab after you've popped a xanax. Rehab doesn't delete the cooldown. Does that answer your question?
Thanks fluffballl, so the cooldown affects the stats and will be lowered until the cooldown finishes regarding of you rehabbing?
Seems a bit obsolete to rehab and the stats not return to normal instantly. But thats a suggestion more than a bug.

Yeah, rehab is for side effects of addiction, not for drug usage cooldown.
