Using Nerve While Abroad

I'm not sure if this has been suggested earlier or not but I noticed that there is no provision / avenue for a player to use their nerve bar while traveling or when in a different country.

Due to this many players who travel all day to make a living lose out on a lot of natural nerve regeneration and thus miss out on gaining CE.

If we can have a setup that allows players to perform some special crimes while abroad could be really helpful. These crimes will not only give players CE but can also have certain merits to offer, maybe adding some motivation for people to fly. Also pave the way for certain new duke contracts for crimes abroad.

This can open the possibilities of having Jails in other countries which can also allow players to bust people abroad. Opening possibilities for merits like get jailed in every country, bust a certain number of people abroad, etc.

Please comment below your thoughts if this makes sense.

1 nerve regenerates every 5 minutes.
1h of travel = 12 nerve regenerated.
Long flights (roundtrip 6h) mean 72 nerve regenerated.

You can get max. 60 NNB.
You can invest 55 merits to get +10 max nerve bar.
You can get a job providing +10 / +20 max nerve.
The faction perks provide max +40 nerve.

It sums up to max 130 nerve possible, which translates to >10h of regeneration to max, which is more than enough, if you don't want to lose any nerve travelling.

If you want to, you can make choices to fit your playstyle.

Overseas crimes could be a lot of fun. Steal part of the Great Wall, The Queens Jewels, A cherry blossom tree, Don Juan’s Tequila, etc....

Id say only instead of jail in different country, immediate seizure of bought items abroad ( you are a criminal these items would be suspected and witheld ) prior to deportation! but yes add country specific crimes with good gains and worse loses of CE!

I say just keep it simple... enable jail in other countries just like they have an hospital.
Enable to do crimes while in there...
Start simple grow big and better through time ;)
