This is great advice and exactly what I have done. Build the financial means to grow your stats long term before throwing all your $ at them. If you don’t you will find down the line you can’t even afford …
at billion stat mark!
It completely depends on your current stats, training routine, booster usage etc. In some cases it will be more efficient to use cans or FHCs rather than an SE. Your best bet is to use one of these calculators to figure it out;

Ideally 1.8bn in individual stat!
I believe roughly around the 1.3b mark per stat, at the very least. But truly, when you can afford to do so in my opinion.

SEs become more valuable than other boosters as a method of training once you reach 1.5-1.7b in a stat - at this point you get more stat/$ than FHCs (barring books and events)
At around 3b in a stat, using nat e becomes more efficient to mug than train (assuming 1m+/mug)
Points refill should be avoided around 17b in a stat, and xan (depending on rehab bulls) should be avoided after 30-36b
But all that's just math >.> More realistically what you wanna do is mix and match training and SEs, and using the booster limit (1.6b) is a good way to look at it. Plus you only really wanna be SE-ing one stat because exponential gains - pick one stat and leave it's counter part (STR/SPD or DEF/DEX) att 1b (cuz merits) and train the remaining two primarily with your e (and spatter in your high stat, depending on how hard you go onSEs)

Great advice and info. He's basically nailed it.
Personally I waited until around 2.5b in a single stat due to lack of money. I see no point to use a bunch and destroy my networth. I'd rather save money until I can afford to start taking them on a more regular basis.
With that said, it doesn't really matter what your stats are. It more depends in how much money you have. If you can afford to take a SE once a day without going broke, do it up. Set a goal for 1 se a month, or a week, or per day, and try not to take then until you can financially sustain using them.

This is great advice and exactly what I have done. Build the financial means to grow your stats long term before throwing all your $ at them. If you don’t you will find down the line you can’t even afford your growing rehab bills. Iv stuck to mostly just 3 xan a day and point refils and now I’m more financially secure i have started adding in cans. But when the time comes Iv managed to get to a position I can comfortably afford one SE a week.
So yep set a passive income goal while your growing and then once you hit that focus more on stats and grow within your means.

In theory, you can start from ~40m if you have infinite networth, but not many do so start when in the billions probably
