Have the book and 10* car dealership perks to allow guaranteed escapes.

Prices as follows:
<50 Escapes: $1mil ea
50-249 Escapes: $850k ea
250+ Escapes: $800k ea

Please get in contact if you're interested in buying escapes for the merits (50, 250 or 1,000 escapes) or even the intimidator title.

EDIT: Started the book, got 550 escapes on the cards already so lemme know ASAP if you're interested!
