its mainly based on money made from crimes, for example mine has gone up around 100m since I started doing hacking that pay out approx. 300k each. so just do more crimes or do higher cash crimes to increase it.
As you make a payment towards your current loan, Duke will also rise the amount he is willing to loan you. Over time it will increase on its own and does take some time to make it into the millions.
“You can take a out a loan from Duke, up to 20% of the money you have made from crimes. You can also increase this by improving your Credit rating with Duke, which you do by paying back your fees on time. He charges you 2.5% interest per week on your outstanding balance. The maximum loan it is possible to have is $2,500,000,000.”
The above answers are correct! But in case you wanted to know specifications.
If you’d like some advice, avoid taking loans from Duke (except for the loan shark merit). A lot of times people take out too big of loans, and struggle to pay back. Which usually ends with Duke attacking/mugging you, and sometimes even bounties. IF you are going to eventually take out a big loan, make sure you can afford to pay it back.
Too many people go inactive, and come back and can’t pay Duke back and it’s not a very fun experience ;(
