I would recommend joining a larger faction where you can grow faster, if your friend returns from fed you can invite him too.

Yeah i agree with everyone else, join up with a bigger training faction so that you can grow faster and learn the way torn works quicker.
Depending on what is deposited... wait the 30 days and take everything out, or jump ship if it’s not worth it.

As others have said. You will automatically be given leadership eventually.

66% fed rate in your faction right now. Jump ship. Issue is you arent active enough to join a different faction you average around 100 seconds online a day and that will include the time it takes to stop counting after your last click.

Leadership moves to co leader if the leader is fedded, if both are fedded the longest serving member is given it after 30 days. Same with inactivity. Moved to questions.

Sounds like op got fedded for it to transfer. Moving up to 100% fedded rate in faction.
