so I'm at a grocery store, a normal torn job I have enough stats to promote but when click it refreshes and no promotion, it will also not allow me to leave the job, ive tried private browser ive tried to clear caches still nothing, I'm loosing out of earning more stats and job points really unfair :( please some help

Do you have any scripts/extensions installed? If yes, then try disabling all of them and see if it resolves the issue.
If no, then please try a hard refresh on the Jobs page (by pressing Ctrl+F5). If the issue still persists, please clarify if you are getting any error messages.

Also you haven’t confirmed that you have enough job points to spend on the promotion, having enough work stats is only part of the requirements.
yes I have more than enough job points to promote
Have you followed CJ's suggestions?
yes indeed I just did those suggestions I reay confused why it wil not work makes no sense
Can you post a screen shot of your job/promotion page and your workstats so we can maybe see something obvious.

hi chedburn I can see how easy it is ive tried and I really do not understand could you please promote me to as far as I can go please, sorry ive tried 100 times
What browser are you using please? I expect the issue is related to that.

Another option would be to travel back in time to 2003 when people actually used it and it was probably better supported.
Or go a bit further back and use Netscape, it was truly the betamax of the browser world lol.
