is there a bit faster way to earn money when person just started to play the game?

If you're under level 15, you won't be able to make millions easily yet - I recommend buying 100 beer or lollipops from the City shops (Bits and Bobs, Sweet Shopp) each day - beer can net you a few hundred K per day in profit, lollies closer to 50 or 60k....
Once you hit level 15 though, you can start flying, to buy plushies/flowers on the cheap, and sell them back in torn for lots more - you'd be looking at around 1m profit per trip to the UK/argentina if you have a PI with a pilot, large suitcase, and decent faction perks :)

To expand on this, stores restock every 15 minutes at xx:00 xx:15 xx:30 and xx:45 if you hope to get beer be ready at this time. Other small ways to make money is via your faction events(though that isn't a reliable way) doing education for blood bags and selling them after filling. Selling losses(not recommended)

There are some companies that are new player friendly - you can't expect pay with no real stats (but a few do). You might see some companies with enough stars to provide a few job specials... they can be useful though not cash.

If you can get can get in a sweet shop or AN you can make alright money through the specials

If you join a faction another member may be able to hire you - as an "in family" situation it's easier to get better terms/treatment.

Not really a way to make money but rather protect your money ( like silver_rose said if it sounds too good it probably is) Be aware that if you have something valueable, like a donator pack, some people will do everything to scam you. Never accept empty trades, or send item first. Always make wise decisions to protect yourself, and your money :D and welcome to torn :P

Why do you want the fast money? What is your goal with the money? Xanax/fhc power training? Private island rentals? Unlimited bounties? Just curious.

Money is great and all but do you have a goal or purpose for it or do you just want to get rich for the sake of getting rich?

I want to be rich so i can afford xan and e-dvd to get out of HJ stage, im always terrified of OD'ing on extacy.

This game takes time! However it is worth it and better that you start off slow and learn/earn your way up.
Join a faction and chase merits to begin with....

Besides the above suggestions, you can consider loss selling too. It earns you fast&nice profit, though you'll have the "Loser" title too for a while. :) You can find buyers and agencies in the Attacking forum.
