If you want to force yourself away from torn. Just change your password using a random password generator on google. Don’t save the password. Log out. I’ve done it myself before several times, this method does work.
some months ago i asked a staff to fed me temporarily for the same reason as yours, and said they cant. only permanently. and the button is in your settings page, no need to ask staff.
