Insta kick is fine. They still got the bonus respect after all. But keeping his 1b is just a bad move imo. Thats assuming he really did have 1b in their vault.

Know leaders pretty well and long time.

Also, you may check OP's recent forum posts and all that.

Undefined's claim is false. While he was a member of our faction, and we did kick him out, it was due to a number of factors including: freeloading / lack of chain participation, trolling our members, and being an ass. We run a tight but fair ship, and we have high expectations from all of our members. We also ensure we offer plenty of warnings and notice before kicking members.

We have not, and do not steal from our membership. When we kicked Undefined out of our faction, he had $100k in our armory. Exactly one minute before we kicked him out, Kwartz returned all funds to Undefined.

08:12:18 04/04/21 undefined was given $100,000 by kwartz.
08:13:18 04/04/21 undefined was kicked out of the faction by kwartz

Torn is a long term game, and our faction reputation is even more important to us than faction respect. We find it inappropriate when faction members such as Undefined take the time to hospitalize, bounty and trash talk fellow faction members (while still being in our faction!), yet don't bother to participate in scheduled chains. These actions reflect poorly on us as a faction, and are completely unacceptable. I'd assume most other factions would feel similarly.
