    Excited for the tournament but Im a bit concerned about the upgraded E class thing for quali and the disqualification that might turn some people away.

    When is this likely to run? The next couple months are fairly busy in the racing calender and I don't want it to clash with anything because I enjoyed the first edition :)

Hey there, Drivers,

Thank you for the feedback - if you still haven't vote, please do so (poll is in the first post)!

I'm also looking for donators to build our prizes! Many thanks in advance for your contribution - whatever value it represents!
All donations will be turned into prizes, there is no such a thing as "organizer fee" or something.

We are working on the rules, to make the series smooth and enjoyable, regardless to your racing skills!

My plan was "June something", but June is crowded with events.

Let's say "July something". :)

Latest News - EoMay

- Start of season scheduled to July 2021 - due to the lots of racing events in June.

- Season rules are going to go public tomorrow, 01.06.2021.

- This season will be a team competition, apply as teams of 3 drivers!

- Season is now OPEN for application until EoJuly! Apply NOW!

- I keep begging for prize stash - progress is to be updated weekly.[/background]

Rules

1. Team Competition
- Teams of 3 drivers to apply
- All racers compete with their best lap times
- Teams earn points by their combined best lap times

1. Qualification Rounds
- 3 events to form groups by results
- Top 25% qualifies to Group A
- 25% - 50% qualifies to Group B
- 50% - 75% qualifies to Group C
- Last 25% disqualifies
(note: we need at least 24 teams to apply for this system to work)
- Class E cars only
- All updates allowed

2. Racing Events
- 6 events of racing,
- Same Class cars only (except for the Mudpit event)
- All groups race together
- Points to be calculated separately for groups

3. Points
- Team members best lap times to sum
- lowest sum best lap time earns 3 points
- second lowest result earns 2 points
- third lowest result earns 1 point

4. Results
- Best Team to be announced in all Groups separately
- Best Team to recieve the same prize in all groups
- Special prize to best driver, most team wins, most individual wins

Agree with Lightor- I've done stock E events and they are nice because anyone can participate. But upgraded E cars- I don't have any with any significant upgrades and it'll be a while before I have points to put toward projects like that. If you want to allow upgrades, why not just allow A cars?
