The Wind Proof Lighter is an Enhancer Item.

With a lifetime guarantee, this windproof lighter is a must have for the outdoor type. It features our patented flint-wheel ignition and extra thick side walls to take those hard knocks. This lighter is also refillable with butane gas and gives off a beautiful blue flame.

The windproof lighter is obviously supposed to be a Zippo. Zippo lighters have wicks and cannot use butane. They instead use petroleum distillate as their fuel. Butane is only used in disposable lighters like Bics.

So just to confirm, you are looking to get the description completely redone?

These inserts can be placed in any regular sized zippo. They even make plasma inserts now.

Time to admit you're just ill informed.

This issue is more related to the image really, and it should be a storm lighter, blue flame etc. and the picture should not be a common Zippo. The blue flame refers to the intense heat that storm lighters provide. They are also wind proof, something a Zipppo is not, not by a long shot.

Look at the pic of Torn's windproof lighter. It's clearly got a flint wheel. The item description even uses the words "flint-wheel ignition".

Even then the "petroleum distillate" means nothing really. Mineral oil, naphtha, heavy fuel oil, waxes, and benzene are all examples of petroleum distillates. I believe zippo fluid is just naphtha. And it's also orange-ish flame, not blue.
