So basically what happened was I was declined from a faction so messaged the owner, he said the cooldown to reapply was 75hrs it been a week and the apply button was greyed out. I messaged the owner and we established this was a glitch. Even though the apply button was greyed out I could still click it but when I would try and submit my application torn would say offer declined. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

The 72 hr cooldown can be overridden by toggling the applications Off and then On again by the faction's leader. Passing along to Nikita to check for issues.

Regarding the faction/company application decline timing - it works correctly: we prevent the user from making another application for 7 days
