You have some very experienced players in your faction. You should ask them. Generally factions will provide xanax for chains. Each xanax you take you will give you a drug cooldown of around 6-8 hours. Ideally you will start stacking …
start 0 energy and then pop a Xanax every time the cd is over. Time it properly so that ur Xanax debuff is over by the time ur chain starts, so start around 48 hrs prior.

Each xanax you take you will give you a drug cooldown of around 6-8 hours.
Ideally you will start stacking from Zero e and each xanax will give you 250e up to a maximum of 1000e.
First xanax 250e , wait until drug cooldown is over then
second xanax 500e...
third xanax 750e...
fourth xanax 1000e
36 hours is good amount of time to start stacking prior to your chain provided you don't overdose.
If you overdose you will be hosped and gain a drug cooldown of around 24 hours.
You also will want to have no drug cooldown for when the chain starts enabling you to take another xanax after you have unloaded all of your e.
Be aware that your battlestats are reduced by 30% when under the influence of xanax so check your targets prior to attacking.
Provided your drug addiction is reasonably low to start with you should be able to stack and chain before needing to rehab or you can fly and rehab whilst you are stacking.
