Bookie declared a tie in the Stanley cup game between Colorado and Vegas....you can’t tie, Colorado won by one point...

When a draw or tie is listed as an option it means the payout is based on the score at the end of regulation time. There are other betting options with only 2 options, if that’s what you prefer, you should bet on those ones.

As mentioned above, if the game provides Draw as an option, that means the bet is for the regular time only. You need to bet on Outright winner (which does not have Draw as an option) if you wish to bet on the final score after OT and such.

Is this a bug I bet on basketball Handicap at the + team regulation ended with a tie score and went OT before I should have won already but this around I lost.

1st Pic losing Bet using old bookie system.
2nd Pic losing Bet and refund using new bookie system.
3rd Pic Win on Handicap Lose on Match Betting using old bookie system prior to lunch of new system

You should’ve started your own report, but hover over the $10m red losing box, that tells you the handicap when you placed the bet, need to know that first before I answer.
