I keep hearing about a marrage feature, but am not quite sure how it works. Any help or tips on this topic will be greatly appreciated!

Marry yourown friend. Keep in mind you only marry for finance and merit so doesn't matter if you marry female or male in Torn as long as they are active.
Most females in Torn are actually males. Even she is really female, she most likely looks just like ordinary girl you see and ignore everyday in real life or have a bf / married irl so don't be a simp. It's pathetic and creepy. So if someone comes to you "i'm a girl. If you wanna marry me then pay my bills" keep the things I say in mind.
Don't marry people simply because they have PI. Unless you're a friend, no body will let you leech them off.
Pay the rent and up keep depends on arrangement.
Don't trust anyone including your spouse something you aren't ready to lose.
Do not scam or harass yourown spouse. It's like chewing yourown arms.
Oh and post in property forum, personal ad, or trade chat your advertisement. Not in any other places.
