Though in all honesty, you actually can be a part of a class action lawsuit. It's in the Law job specials.
But as far as Player v Player court, there's really no reason for this. As previously mentioned, this is a crime game. Court seems like the exact opposite direction for it to go.
The closest thing I could think to "court" would be if you get fedded and have to plea your case with staff lol.
