(If the devs can hand us some kind of uid keys that we can define where the links should point to, and have an easy place to modify those pointers, that would be cool)

It looks like the wiki is already handling redirects to the correct pages, is this not something you guys have set?

Yes we have set up (some) redirects on the wiki for links that are pointing to the wrong place. By "set" in my earlier post I was referring to being able to set which page on the wiki Torn actually points a user to, so that it's pointing to the correct page outright rather than having to be redirected on the wiki itself.

For example:

https://www.torn.com/loader.php?sid=attack&user2ID=<ID>

points to

https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Loader, which then has to be redirected to https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Attack

It's literally just using the browser page title.

With the current system, we can't choose exactly where we want the link to go, without also changing the title. I.e. "Awards" is called "Awards", so goes to wiki/awards. Those wiki redirects are an ideal way of handling this imo.

I've just changed "Mods inventory" to "Weapon Mods", so that now goes to https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Weapon_Mods on dev.

We can bodge it on our end, but it's better if the links properly match. I don't want to have a page called South redirect to South Africa.

Yes you're right, something weird is happening when traveling and abroad.

It seems the page title is "TORN Homepage" instead of the expected consistent title... "Traveling | TORN" or "South Africa | TORN". Wiki should then redirect to /Traveling and /South_Africa

The Home page on Torn (index.php when not traveling should also be Home | TORN

I'll see if Alexander knows who's best to resolve this - maybe Catherine can check it. Hopefully an easy fix!
