Won't let me slide up to see any info on the donator packs while using the torn app to be purchased but will let me slide it down to continue playing the game.

Just checked again and works while using mobile data , will try again once I'm back home on WiFi again

Checked a couple times now with WiFi and mobile data at various times and looks like the issue has been resolved.
