Ammunition Packs?

I have a few questions about the ammunition packs that you get from holding the Big Al's Gun Shop stock. (I looked on the item market, but didn't see any.)

1. Can they in fact be bought/sold, or are they for the sole use of the recipient, like regular ammo?
2. If you do get one, are they like the medical packs or the grenade boxes, in that you either get a really meh thing or you get something awesome? (Vicodin/Xanax, for example.)

No it cant be sold. Its just like ammo you can exchange from mission credits.

It also only gives ammo based on currently equipped weapon types, so make sure you have the weapon you want it for on only when grabbing it.
