Basically the director assigns an employee in a "trainer" position and his company will generate an additional train opportunity plus the ones normally generated determined by the amount of stars the company has.
The "trainer" staff must have the required work stats or low stats to generate the extra train?
Trainer staff should have the required work stats to generate the extra train. (I do not know if they need to meet the requirements or can just be close to it. Also I do not know if trainer positions are able to generate 2 extra trains if well and above the required stats, someone else needs to confirm >.<)
