Active mission targets

Add two tick boxes in settings:

1) If you want to be a mission target, even tho you're an active player.

2) If you want for Duke to offer you active targets (we all know the potential for trolling is unlimited).

It could spice things up a little, and increase the pool of mission targets at higher battle stats levels.

If I remember correctly, there should be only two reasons you're a target. Either you close your account or you owe Duke money. Since you're wanting to remain an active player, probably shouldn't close your account lol. But if you want to be a mission target, just borrow a shit tonne of money from Duke and just never pay it off. Implementing this is entirely unnecessary.
