Hi, When we place bets on football\soccer it looks like the results in extra time are not considered. I bet that England would beat Denmark and that it would be a result over 2.5 goals (which was the final result), but bookie seems to think I have lost my bet?
When a draw option is listed then the payout is based on normal time (90 minutes), it's the same in RL bookies. There are sometimes bets listed that only have 2 options. These have lower odds but include OT and Penalties.
A lot of these “bugs” appearing, i think people need to research what they’re betting on before throwing their torn cash at it. If this happened in real life a bookie would just laugh at you.

As above, if the bookie provides a Draw option, it is only intended to be for the score at the end of the regular time + stoppage time. Extra time and penalties are not considered.
I too had this problem and reported it, but my report was closed... I have checked the gambling code of conduct, which states that if the bet ends at the end of normal time, and any extra time is not included this must be indicated on the listings... EG "England to win in normal time"
Unfortunately this comes down to you not understanding what you’ve bet on, you placed a “Match odds” bet. Which is a bet on the outcome of a game within 90mins + additional time (not extra time or penalties) This goes over it especially the heading “notable match betting rules”
