same issue with chrome on windows 10

Same issue here: Firefox on Mac OSX.

Started yesterday with the Forum pages while travelling. Now affects all pages all the time.

Looks like someone made an oopsie with css. Just inspected the page and that seems to be the culprit. Could be other things but that is my first assumption without looking at the js and server side codes.

On Torn Android app, device is Pocophone X3 NFC

Could be. Looks about the same time the problem showed up for me. Also looks like there is a JS promise error, which is also new.

Not sure if it’s been said yet but it’s the same on the IOS app. Fairly certain IOS isn’t getting updated anymore though.
