What im asking is do all the stats get recorded perfectly correctly... no mis calculations, no missing of data
Lets put it this way, Torn uses php code, which is a type of server side coding, or in other words everything is calculated server side and nothing on your browser.
It prevents people from directly injecting their own info and changing the value on to the server, like for example, your cash on hand or how much energy you actually possess.
Does this answer your question?

You can't, there isn't, nothing is fool-proof. Sometimes stats do result in not getting recorded. It's not often but if you see or can prove and issue report it. But typically it works fine.
The code is same for every player. also, everything is logged. If there is any kind of miscalculation or corrupted data, you can always find it from the logs and report to staff . I believe they would correct it soon.
First, record all your current stats that you are concerned with
Second, start manually adding together all the increases to above stats
Third, periodically compare your figures to whats in the database
Good luck with that

Torn uses a specific formula(you can find it somewhere on the forums) to calculate your stats and uses specific variables in that formula. Your stats are run through that formula once for every train you do, and the database is updated immediately afterwards.
The only ways the stats would be "incorrect" is if there was some sort of rollback, or in fringe cases like the person who used an SE with negative stats.

Just wanna add this:
Stats and figures aren't updated instantly among the rest of players, Tornstats updates hourly for instance.

Isn't tornstats a different service from Torn? I remember it being a player run service
As for Torn itself, doesn't it auto update seeing how the page reacts when you do an action

Manually log everything you do in Torn for 3 months and see whether it matches.
Looking forward to the results of your study!

It’s a question of whether Torn’s code works. Since no has really complained about this for so long (and we are very very good at that) I am going to assume it’s right.
I am sure Torn devs have some form of testing strategies to ensure basic things like this work as expected.
