That's a farm for ya, notoriously one of the harder comps to run. Shit's strange though, would have expected a drop of 80 or 90%, not to 0

the previous profits were all consistanly $220 to $450 profits daily with only 6 employees with less working stats, ive double the employees (better working stats), paid for copany boost. company is 100% efficiency.

Did you run out of stock? Idk much about farms but I heard they run out of stock and you can only restock every so often. I have no idea about Farms and they are known to be one of the toughest companies to run.

Don't farms need to make their own stock? That's different from it not being needed, and you can definitely run out.

Pretty sure you ran out of stock to sell, need more employees "making" stock to sell

That it doesn't require shipment doesn't mean it doesn't use stock. Pubs needs bartenders to make the drinks they sell, Meat Warehouses need butchers cut the meat they sell. I don't know with position is that you need for crops but you are low on those.

I'm not well versed with companies. But after watching your problem I just tried to browse the 1 page farms for the set up of individuals.

And what I saw was

A bunch of dairy farmers and herders with or without poultry farmers or vice versa

I rarely saw any other company position being there.
I would suggest you to follow the set up of any of the first page company according to the stats of your employees.

That should help you immensely.

And try directly asking the top farm directors regarding your problem.

Some may ignore you but there will definitely be one or two who would be willing to throw a few suggestions who might have been in the similar situations in the past.

Right, as I suspected Stock is an issue. For a Farm, you probably better off picking one or two products to produce considering it is so competitive. In your case the 'Stock' isnt ordered, it's grown over time.

I run a Property Broker, I don't order 'Stock' either but if I don't have enough Property Brokers I wont make shit.
