errmm so I have some issues with the chat. I have a friend that blocked me but has now unblocked me but it seems like we can't chat with each other... but only send email to each other, please help

it says this even thou we both unblocked each other.
You cannot chat with this user because they have not interacted with you recently or they have blocked you.

Both you and your friend should check to make sure that you are not still blocked each other.

At the bottom right, click the people tab. One of the tabs in the people window is called Blocked (on the very right side). Get rid of people in that list.
