in discription "Effect: Increases travel capacity by +3. Does not stack with other suitcases." [medium] but says same thing for all size suit cases. question can suit cases by stacked for more items? my large suit case no longer holds 29 its it only holds 19 now after changing fractions. what happened?

When u switch factions, u lose some suitcases while switching over. Hence, the loss of 10 items. I think you should spam chat Bogie to help you until he fixes it for you, that's the only way he'll respond (: - Beerstein [1322136]

Suitcases cannot stack under any circumstances, the largest one is the one the game uses.
After changing faction you lost the perk the faction had of 10 increased travel items, your new faction might also have a perk for more travel items and if so you will gain this perk 3 days after joining.

Suitcases don't stack I'm afraid. The original faction would have given you a perk for 10 additional items, if your new faction has the same perk you need to wait a few days to have access.

If your travel capacity dropped when changing factions, i think it's literally blatantly obvious as to why.
The faction you previously was in had more invested into the Excursion tree, specifically Travel Capacity.
Your new faction has no upgrades into that tree. Pretty simple really.
That or your recruit status hasn't ended yet. You get zero faction specials for 3 days after changing factions.

You're a recruit, you won't get any faction perks till the 3 days wears off.

- Adding an Airstrip and pilot to your property, owning a WLT benefit block or using a business class ticket will change the base amount of items you can carry to 15.
- Suitcases are available for purchase in Hawaii: Small ($2,000,000) - 2 additional items; Medium ($4,000,000) - 3 additional items; Large ($10,000,000) - 4 additional items. Only the biggest one will be used. Suitcases do not stack.
- The 3* Lingerie Store Job special adds an extra 2 items
- The 3* and 10* Cruise Line Agency Job Specials add an extra 2 and 3 items respectively. I.e. They stack.
- The Excursion faction special adds 1 item per upgrade up to a maximum of 10.
- Book : Smuggling For Beginners, Increases travel items by 10 for 31 days.
- Tourism day on the 27th of September doubles carrying capacity.
- 7* Flower Shops allow you to carry 5 additional flowers.
- 7* Toy Shops allow you to carry 5 additional plushies.
