Which items qualify as collectible? Extremely rare only or any item that can be auctioned?

Collectibles are any items under 1,000 circulation that would otherwise be classified as an "other" item. Once they reach >1000 circulation they are no longer a collectible. https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Collectible

When you click on the item, it should also say Collectible in its item type if it is one, otherwise it's not. Lots of items are very rare but won't qualify because they're something else. One example is that the Dozen White Roses [435] you can buy in Switzerland for 950M only have 100 instances in circulation, but they're classified as Flowers. In contrast, the generally slightly cheaper Single White Rose [216] has 351 instances in circulation but is labeled as a Collectible.
