Yes. But it's no longer being updated, so you might want to use TornTools instead.
I play on a chromebook. Is that compatible?

DrN is slowly dying. As it's not maintened anymore, things start breaking more often. A huge example is it's horrendous design when in dark mode, as dark mode is a new Torn feature from after it was discontinued.
As said above TornTools (=TT) is basically the new extension to use (when on a desktop; mobile has better alternatives) as replacement for DrN. It's open source (=even if the owner stops, it can be taken over by literally anyone else, unlike DrN which is destined to die) and has an active development team (including me, I'm not the owner either) who work on it a lot (I've worked on it for hundred if not thousands of hours alone; I should probably stop doing so much lol).
TT v5 (the current released version) is by far perfect though. Not everything can be disabled and due to a fairly bad code base, it includes a few bugs (the most annoying ones are out though) and breaks too much to my liking whenever Torn updates.

The only thing left DocN has that TornTools doesn't is the ability to get a notification when someone loses life, that part of DocN is also broken if you don't know how to mess with it to get it working yourself though.
