Apart from baldr basic advice....are they still other leveling up list that can help u level up faster? Like from level 15 above

Speed leveling is a great way to yourself become a leveling target. You'll want to make certain your battle rank, stays far above your level rank in HOF.

In addition to the good advice you've been given to not level up more until your stats are higher, I highly recommend renting a private island with an airstrip. It will drastically cut down the amount of time it takes you to fly to UAE, and you'll get +10 travel items, it pays for itself really quick. You should also get a donator pack off the item market, the benefits it provides is worth $23m a month.
