So basically I have the required stats for a position but the efficiency gained isn't even close to 90.
In my last company I've been to multiple positions in a short amount of time, does this affect efficiency?
Multiple factors are at play. The biggest one is the Settled In bonus which is a full +10 to your efficiency after 10 days in a company. Another one is if the director has the education done that boosts employee efficiency.
If you hover over your efficiency you can see the breakdown of buffs and debuffs which calculate your efficiency for a position.
The wiki says that if you have the minimum stats required you should get at least a 90+ bonus in working stats, or that isn't accurate? Currently I only have a 60+ as sales assistant despite having 7.2k manual and 13k endurance and the only debuff is addiction -2.

yours should be 107 without settled in, director edus, and drug addiction.
but efficiency doesnt update in realtime, it updates daily at 18.00 tct. my guess is you were in different position before, which have higher minimum stats.
