Elim start time

Stupid question, probably.

I remember last year, that you had to kill 5 people to be able to choose an elim team. I can't see in the calendar, how long sign-ups go for.
When can you first sign up for a team, and when does Elim actually start?

Between September 5th through September 9th players can enter the competition as long as they qualify, then the attacking period starts 10th September.
