When you rehab on the happy book does it reset your happy to your normal max? Or does it stay over?

It doesn't do anything to your happy if you're over max happy. If it did, you'd probably have seen plenty of upset threads over the years, lol.

If you OD, rehab will take it up till your natural max. (5025 with a maxed out PI)
You'll need DVDs/strippograms/etc after it to get back to 99k happy.

Only if you OD'd. Your regular rehabs for addiction will leave your happy at 99k or whatever the number was.
