We all have our super special weapons and armor that we'd never want to give away or sell. Unfortunately, there's no real way to tag them or mark them so we don't screw up. This is especially problematic for people who trade volumes of weapons and armor. Sure, you can put them in your display, but it's hard to fight with weapons behind glass.

If the weapons in Loadouts were locked and couldn't be removed from your inventory, that would be an elegant way to save us from losing our best weapons and armor. And now that you can spend points on Loadout Capacity, this gives collectors a way to organize and save their precious items.

Please change items so that they can't be removed from someone's inventory if they are in their loadouts. Force us to remove them from the loadout in order to move them. This is 100% optional - if someone doesn't want to put items in a loadout they don't have to. Those are then 100% normally able to be trashed, auctioned, given away, placed on the item market, donated to the faction, etc.

This or a lock option for individual items where it does not even show up when selling or listing items.

Press and hold too favorite items from inventory screen.

I agree. I was once selling a bunch of assorted weapons back to the shop. I accidentally sold all but 1 of about 100 smoke grenades. It would have been nice if I could have locked them somehow. The cars you have enlisted are locked away from being accidentally sold, so this could be done similarly.
