How much should I be putting towards advertising to see results? I have done 100k to 10mil and have seen 0 pos or neg effects.

At the moment where you are as a start up company, you don't need to put any more than 100k in to your ad budget.
Concentrate on having good, active staff. With the right set up and pricing you can move up the first 2 or 3 rankings with minimal expense.
