Does the general studies bachelor increase all work stats before it or just after it is learned?

That said, it's not really worth doing first. The increases add up to a really low number in the grand scheme of things.
Many people are actually doing it last lol, im not seeing myself doing it soon either. As starting player there are so many more important things to focus on like sportscience and bloodbags
I get to start my drivers course today ,.. with that stock on Education ... does it cut in while your on a course or should you wait till 7 days is up to take another course to get reduction time?

The West Side University stock only reduces the duration of a course when it is active at the start of the class.

As mentioned above, once you have it, youll gain higher work stats from courses. Its very very low amount of worstats though. Just ignore it after getting driving licence
Working stat gains from courses are minimal compared to player companies and trains. Not worth taking first, Biology and Sports Science are much better starting courses. Only worth taking the intro so you can get a drivers license so you can do Arson crimes.
