I lead a team to second place - while still trying our hardest to get first place.

I was in council in ST6, doing over 500 hits while being in SSL is not cheap, I took 4 FHC's every single day. ask ST6 leaders if you need confirmation.

I would like you point out your team also flipped to illu, except they finished 7th. Anyway if I had to choose again between a 4th place finish, or "settling for 2nd", then it's pretty obvious which I would choose.
I do love all the salt though, keep it up my friend:)
no one cares about flipping, teams want to win. flipping to win and flipping to lose. That's the difference. if you cant understand that, then that explains why i had over 5 people messaging me telling me to make sure your on this list

I don't think about it cause I genuinely don't care. I was part of a collective leadership, and I'm happy with all the choices we made. If people dislike our decisions, they have every right to. Doesn't bother me at all. I'm not gonna be upset cause people didn't like the calls we made, or even if they don't like me specifically. It happens, and regardless I'm very happy with how I played the competition and the result that my team achieved.
When your team has 3 leadership teams, comes in last place and second place leaders get voted worst leaders of 2021...lol. Now I'm not saying I'm not happy with where my team landed, but from a 3rd party perspective this thread seems pretty stupid and what I'd expect from GOAT who got thrown into 4th, not Sea Men who disappeared into obscurity.
Dong had great leaders, they went for #1 to the bitter end, then at the bitter end grabbed #2 when ANY other decision would have landed them in 4th.
That was the bitter end, it was down to top 4 and they had to decide 4th or 2nd. Between the two it's a no brainer. Up until then they never stopped going for 1st. 2nd is absolutely better than 4th even if 12th is better than 2nd.
