is it possible to hire people with high nnb to do OCs with you? either i'd go to a diffrent faction or they'd come to mine? and what would the price supposedly be? 20mil per successful PH?

I've never heard of it being done, but I suspect if you manage to find someone to do it with you, you'll be paying for the many, many failed attempts too.
we already have a half-decent team, only need like one or two 55nnb+ people to get a high rate of successful PHs, if i were to pay 20-30mil per PH it adds up to 60mil per 900 arson CE collectively on a team of 8, thats 67k per arson which adds upto 6k per nerve-ish so i'd assume spending 30-50mil each on 60nnbs would be well worth getting collective CE i'd assume
People pay for a PA lead, I've seen as high as 50% of the profit on success. If you're aiming to pay for a PH lead I'd aim for a new 60nnb someone that isn't ready for a PA but might be able to carry a few 50nnbs thru.
50%? That is cheap.
