Dear Game Developer(s), [Is it Chedburn only?]

I would like to keep this short. We all know how popular and profitable a Bottle of Beer is especially for poor noobs like myself who rely on the city items for daily profit. Ever since International Beer Day, the demand for it has risen tenfold along with its Market Price. The issue here is most of us are unable to buy the bottles of beer after every restock even though we keep on refreshing the page, keep track of the timer and take help of extensions. Hardly do I find me among those lucky 10-15 players who get to buy 100 beer after every restock. I tried to follow every guide that promised 100 beers every day but failed. I believe the sheer population of this game makes it difficult for me to be among the first few who actually get to buy it.

Now that I have addressed my issue(hope it's not mine alone), I have a solution in mind which could solve this; but again I am just a noob and may not understand the city administration and marketing as well as the veterans who live here.

I propose that the amount of beer that is added to the market every time it restocks be increased(greater than 1k).This should cater to its increasing demands throughout the city

If not, I ask you guys to please look into the matter and do something about it so that all of us can get a chance to buy it.

Also if the other readers have any solutions in mind please post them in the comment section so that the staff can actually read them.

I think the problem is with scripting I have literally loaded bits and bobs multiple times just at restock and have never successfully bought beer since last year or something, I have never had this issue before with any other item its literally gone in a second or less.

Just git gud man. If you can't get beer there are plenty other items like pepper spray available you can easily get. Also it's easier to get beer the later on in the day you try

Agree with boogie on this it's a snipe type of game got to be quick and right place right time so releasing 4k beers an hour is 96k per day added into the game thats without any being used

The issue isn't an increased demand for consumption, it's people hoarding literally millions of beers in their display case. This hoarding has reduced stock which has driven prices up increasing the demand to purchase and resell. Regardless, your solution won't actually give you the result you want. If the restock quantity is increased, then the supply is increased. If the supply is increased, then the demand will go down. If demand goes down, your daily profit is reduced to the point the other items such as kitten plushies begin to look like good alternatives.

If you increase the supply, the demand is not magically going to increase. So the price would fall making it less useful for you to trade.

In my experience its around 8 seconds after the 15m tick, not 12 like Bogie indicates above (Is Bogie trying to hoard beer by misguiding newbs?).

Monitor the market during your preferred time slot hitting the refresh button as past as possible to find out the time it drops.
Once you find the time, hit the refresh button a second or two (based on your lag) before the identified time and buy immediately.
Don't manually type out 100, use torn tools or have it saved to clipboard to increase your speed.

I don't use any other script and can buy it successfully every day .

I buy 100,beers every day quite easily and I play on mobile.... Maybe you just aren't good?

As RegulusJ also mentioned, the beer tends to be in stock at around 8 seconds after the 15min tick.

Try sitting on the page at the 15min tick, hit refresh at 6 or 7 seconds and see if you catch the beers, if not wait 15 minutes...

Just abuse ur f5 key as soon as it ticks xx:15, i think the only time its actually a challenge to get something is 1 hour after a new day. So just buy it when you wake up the next day :)

Totally agree except that biggest factor is not "other people being better" its the speed of users internet connections. It sells out so fast that i just cant buy it from my phone. From my laptop i get it every time i try. You have to refresh 4 or 5 times after the 15 min restock time and on a phone the page load time alone rules out much chance of being able to buy.

Not that I'm complaining or suggesting it be changed - its fine. Just saying, sometimes people cant help it if their internet sucks or their device is slow.

Your problem is that you want to make a profit if they add more beer price goes down and you don`t want to buy it anymore. You will buy something else that has a better profit margin when that item will be sold out in seconds and when you complain about that item stock. For beer using, I don`t think any new player who is in FC struggles, because I think all FC's offer free beer.

I managed to get one at 2mins 50 seconds after being available last week. I know it's not normal and was because of lots of ppl in hosp from eliminations but it shows it's possible.

Also don't forget if there was an increase in supply and everyone can buy what they want that appealing $4k sale price is going to plummet so you'll be back to the same place needing to sell other items for your daily gains.
