Hi, I’ve been thinking about this for a while. What is the most possible energy to use in ‘one-hit’? (I’m allowing it to take a few seconds over the new day mark to allow for double refills/an extra booster)
Max stack (4x Xans probably) - 1000e x10 MCS blocks - 1000e an extra Xanax - 250e Newsletter reward - 250e 100 jp’s in a farm for both days - 1400e FHC’s with Ugly Energy book and Max Voracity - 2250e x2 refills (with Ugly Energy) - 500e
= 6650e in “one hit”.
Have I missed anything? (Other than inactivity refills)
I'm assuming you're thinking of "what's the largest one-man chain I could do?"
That would not technically be one load of energy (which is capped at 1000 anyway).
However, you could stack and then start your chain. Once you've burned through your hits, you could then use each asset listed in your post one at a time.
At any time that you have over 150 energy, you could make your hits quickly. But once you are under 150e, you could slow down your hits to allow for some natural regen as well.
Using this method, two people could chain for quite a while. Four people could chain indefinitely, if they time their hits just right and make use of natural regen.
A more interesting question is:
Assuming a faction that has 25k chains unlocked, what is the minimum number of people required to complete a 25k chain, assuming everyone gets some sleep every night?
In 2021, Naughty Souls™ finished one with 82 members. 75 of whom made at least one hit.
If you were only maintaining a chain with natural E, you would need 20 people hitting every three minutes (20 hits per hour) or 15 people hitting every four minutes (15 hits per hour).
It takes 50 minutes to regenerate 25e, but for simplicity and correction in case of a mistake, I used 1 hour per 25e.
A 25k chain ONLY from natural regeneration would take 52 days hitting every 3 minutes or 70 days hitting every 4 minutes.
Of course, no one can go that long without sleep. If you ran two teams at 12 hours a day, you'd need 40 people (2 teams of 20) hitting every 3 minutes or 30 people (2 teams of 15) hitting every 4 minutes.
Practically speaking, I can't see doing it with less than 80 people.
Of course, no one would do a long chain solely on natural regen. You would start stacked and at the very least take a xanax three times a day, and use your daily points refill.
Oh yeah, I don't see that happening mostly due to temperment and someone would break[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)] that chain. [/background] But Ched has a possibile 100k looming over our heads.
I wonder how long that would take with boosters and msc bbs.
