I have this book but am unsure when it should be used. Does the 5% grow with me to 10m or is it 5% of what i have currently and thats it?
5% permanent boost to speed up to 10m?

from my understanding it is:
it's 5% of whatever you have at the end of reading the book (30 days after you click read)
so whatever your stat is in 30 days, thats what you get 5% over (with 10mil max)
