This is not good advice.

First, don't take your happy above max before stacking xanax to do candy jumps or happy jumps. Your happy resets every 15 minutes (on the hour, 15 past, 30 past, 45 past). Doing step 2 before step 3 is just a waste of lollipops.

Second, don't stack four xanax in order to train with lollipops only. The energy you don't regenerate while your e is above maximum is wasted and that's worth more than what you get from lollipops. Eating lollipops or chocolates, then taking an ecstasy to double your happy, then training, is a very good idea, but don't bother with the xanax first. Only use a stack of xanax for a proper happy jump with erotic DVDs, which you probaby won't do in your first week of the game.

Third, don't beg people for stuff (it will get you bountied) and don't waste mission points on stuff you would resell - save those for later if a book or a weapon mod appears in your rewards shop. Join a decent faction, and they will loan you free stuff like diamond bladed knives, good property with 1k+ happy, and give you free candy. They will also give you better advice on levelling, and free xanax to use to attack people during their chains, which is a great way to level fast.

Finally, don't steal candy. If you are doing the shoplifting crimes, steal jackets. That crime is a "safe crime" which means you won't go to jail for it. Going to jail damages your crime exp and means you won't level up your nerve bar. Stealing candy has a lot of jail results.
