When a trainers will be open? It's good to be a trained skill in here? Like a salesman or something else which is a similar idea?

Oh indeed i couldnt agree more.
Once gym closings were implemented, trainers and instructors were left without work. Even gyms where the municipalities allow them to stay open are being affected because many people are working from home and the membership and training traffic has decreased significantly. Some facilities and companies are not waiting for government mandates to close their doors, recognizing a civil responsibility to protect members and staff from this highly contagious virus.
Trains will be available once you've been in the company 3 days if this is what you're asking

As others have said I assume referring to the company you're in? In which case training becomes available as an option to you in 3 days from your director.

To expand on this
You're company will get 1 train per star, currently your company has no stars so it will earn no trains daily. Once it stars up the director will be given 1 train to give to an employee per day, and can stack them up to 20 saved trains.
