So like just a suggestion can you make a poll for torn and see if people would be interested in a 14 day trial for employees, ive just brought my company that ive been in for over a year and im trying to get it back to its former glory but i keep having multiple employees leave at a time and its impossible to get my pop above 15 % even with prices almost slashed by half, itd be cool so see something that required you to stay in the job for 2 weeks bare minimum to prevent people from immediately leaving and your there struggling. cheers new business man Slum..
But as for your point, I think company employment works just fine - a two week buy-in would put people off joining.
If employees are leaving then you're doing something wrong or they've not bought into your project of building it back up. Vet your employees better and make sure they know what's expected of them and what they can expect in return.
We already have 3 dats for company special to kick in and now we must have more delay to fit with your needs? No way:p Torn is getting boring if too much delay in everything
We already have the 3d waiting period for the company perks to activate. That's in place to discourage company-hopping, giving business owners respite from high turnover.
But if you're still getting high turnover, it's because people just have better options. A longer waiting period isn't suddenly gonna make your company any better in comparison.
