Two new weapons have been released via City spawns, in preparation for Halloween. They will count as "Scary" weapons, giving you a boost in your random chance to collect treats during the Trick or Treat event.
That 1 in circulation may be a developer.

Keep your eyes out for more spawning in the city.. nobody knows how many there will be or how often they will spawn. Goodluck.
Edit: The amount isn’t updated until new day so it will say 1 for today but I’d imagine more to be found which will be shown at new day.

I do hope to get a piercing weapon for halloween, so it goes with the weapon preference
